She says, “It wasn’t until I supported a woman who had attended a Calmbirth course that I witnessed how calmly and confidently a baby could be birthed into the world. It was at that moment that I realised how important knowledge was during birth and how powerful women truly are when fully aware of their incredible bodies.“My goal is to teach as many families as I can about the body and birth as a natural, physiological process, providing them with tools to support and work with their bodies during their birth, whatever their journey looks like.“Through the knowledge and tools that Calmbirth teaches I look forward to demystifying birth, reducing any anxieties or fears and working towards a community who admire and feel confident and empowered from all births.”
