Escape to the beautiful and tranquil countryside of the Southern Highlands for a weekend’s retreat and Baby-Moon with either the Director & owner of Calmbirth, Karen McClay; Founder, Peter Jackson, and Denise Round at the Southern Highlands Calmbirth Centre, Mittagong, NSW. Your primary focus for your weekend retreat will be on each other, and preparing for the birth of your baby. We will empower you with all the knowledge and skills, so that you can feel informed about your birth choices and feel confident in your ability to have a positive birth experience, while feeling supported by your partner and caregivers.

My husband, Nick, and I both chose to do the Calmbirth course in my second pregnancy. My first birth was an arduous labour with a decent amount of intervention. I found it somewhat traumatic afterwards and knew that to be able to go through labour and birth again I wanted more skills and options up my sleeve to help me with whatever may happen again. Calmbirth was perfect.
