Our trademark can only be used by registered and licensed Calmbirth educators who own a Calmbirth franchise and who have renewed their franchise agreement. Our trademarks cannot be used in connection with any product or service. You may not in any form or means adapt, reproduce or publish any or part of it without written consent from Calmbirth Pty Ltd.

Payment Terms

Major Credit cards are accepted. Overseas orders cannot be accepted at this stage. Payment for goods must include postage charges. Orders with incorrect payment cannot be processed.

When purchasing any product or service made available through Calmbirth Pty Ltd, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address and your shipping information. By providing us this information we presume that it is true and correct and that you are the owner and or have the right to use any credit card(s) or other payment methods in conjunction with any purchase of goods or services.

By submitting such information, you grant Calmbirth Pty Ltd the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the transaction of purchases.

We will however, notify you if a course is full on registration or a product is sold out and provide other options where possible.

Shipping and Handling – We ship on Tuesdays so please place your orders before then.

For goods purchased, please allow up to three weeks for delivery within Australia, you will be notified if there is an unexpected delay.

Pricing

All pricing at Calmbirth is currently in Australian dollars and includes GST. Calmbirth reserves the right to change the prices of our goods or services at our discretion and without notice, and to correct any errors in the pricing contained in our catalogue or in a quote to you. We shall have no liability for any such changes or errors and are not bound to fulfill orders at old or erroneous prices.

Rescheduling or Cancellation of a Booking for a Calmbirth Course/event

ALL Calmbirth courses/events for Calmbirth PTY LTD, and its Franchisees, are subject to these Terms & Conditions and Cancelation policy.

Rescheduling of your Calmbirth Course

An administration fee of $25 will be charged for any Calmbirth Course/event booking change. If an alternative date cannot be found, the clients will be subject to the Calmbirth Pty Ltd Cancellation & Refund Policy

If the reason for the change of booking is extenuating, then it will be at the discretion of the Calmbirth Educator as to whether they charge this fee.

It is the responsibility of the client to carefully consider the date they are booking to avoid any additional fees.

Cancellation & Refund policy for Calmbirth Courses/Events

All cancellations will incur an administration fee of $55 and are subject to the following conditions:

• 28 Days or more prior to a Calmbirth Course/Event. The cost of the course or event will be refunded minus the $55 administration fee.

• 14-27 Days prior to a Calmbirth Course/Event. The cost of the course minus the administration fee of $55 will only be refunded if the cancelled booking is replaced with another couples booking.

• 1-13 days prior to a Calmbirth Course/Event. Refunds during this timeframe will only be considered for medical reasons and where Calmbirth Pty Ltd is unable to provide an alternative course prior to the Client’s Estimated Due Date. A medical certificate, and if COVID, proof of a recent positive RAT/PCR test, must be provided by the client to receive a refund.

Refunds are not considered for non-medical cancellations within the 1-13 day timeframe. Calmbirth will make every effort to provide an alternative course.

Please note alternative course options may include a face to face with another Educator or a Zoom course.

Calmbirth Pty Ltd endeavours to be reasonable and fair when considering cancellation requests and expects this to be reciprocated by our Calmbirth Clients.
